- Exclusions: Personalised and custom-made outfits are not eligible for exchange. This includes any items tailored to specific measurements or customized upon request.

3. Exchange Process:

- Request: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Approval: Upon approval, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
